New Year - Carpe Diem

Hiya

Happy New year to you all.  I hope 2013 brings all you want it too.

Wow I have had my blog for a whole year and have managed to post every month.  Very proud of myself as I am not very good with putting myself out for all to see, but this seems to be working okay.

A few weeks before Christmas I was very honoured to spend a weekend with the lovely Hels Sheridan and a group of talented peeps.  This was were the now said obsession of paper blocking was born. I never got around to finishing off the canvas that we started on the workshop, that was until this morning.

So the début  of the second masterpiece of paper blocking................ Carpe Diem sort of sums up how I am feeling for 2013.




I added a dream ticket to the memo pin and re shot the photo this afternoon  why I missed doing it this morning is beyond me to be honest.


I am entering Hels Sunday Stampers challenge with this little piece of art.

    Oh Sue it is beautiful! I've never done paper blocking so I guess that's another thing to add to my ever growing list of techniques I want to try! Oh for more hours in the day! Hugs x x

    Oh I can how you could become addicted to paper blocking when you produce such a beautiful result as this! It is gorgeous and loving the little flowers. x
